Detailing By Marko

By booking a service, submitting your details through our website or advertisements, or engaging with Detailing By Marko, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Provided

Detailing By Marko offers mobile and drop-off vehicle detailing services, including but not limited to:

Maintenance details

Full interior and exterior details

Paint correction & enhancement

Ceramic coating services

Add-on and specialty services

All services are subject to availability, inspection of the vehicle, and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and type.

2. Bookings & Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure a booking.

Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

All deposits are strictly non-refundable, including cancellations, no-shows, or changes of mind.

Deposits may be transferable to a rescheduled booking with sufficient notice (see Cancellation Policy).

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, particularly for mobile services.

4. Pricing & Quotes

Prices are based on vehicle size, condition, and selected services.

Quotes are estimates only and may be adjusted following an in-person inspection if additional work is required.

Promotional pricing is limited-time, non-transferable, and subject to availability.

5. Payment Terms

Full payment is due on or before completion of the service.

Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.

Late or unpaid invoices may affect future bookings.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must remove all personal belongings prior to service.

Detailing By Marko is not responsible for loss or damage to items left inside the vehicle.

Vehicles must be accessible, operable, and legally parked for mobile services.

7. Vehicle Movement & Access

By booking, you authorise Detailing By Marko to move or drive your vehicle short distances if required for positioning, safety, lighting, or access purposes.

All reasonable care will be taken while doing so.

8. Liability & Damage Disclaimer

All services are performed with reasonable care and professional standards.

Pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, worn trim, paint defects, interior wear, mechanical issues, etc.) may be documented prior to commencement.

Detailing By Marko is not liable for pre-existing damage or defects that worsen due to age, wear, or prior condition.

Any claims of damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion and supported with evidence where applicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Detailing By Marko is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Ceramic Coating Warranty & Maintenance

Ceramic coating longevity and performance are only guaranteed if the vehicle is maintained by Detailing By Marko.

A minimum professional maintenance service every 6 months is required to retain any coating warranty or lifespan claims.

Failure to maintain the vehicle with Detailing By Marko voids all coating guarantees, including durability, gloss retention, and hydrophobic performance.

Improper washing, automatic car washes, neglect, or external chemical exposure are not covered.

10. Media & Photo Release

By booking, you grant permission for Detailing By Marko to photograph or film your vehicle for marketing, social media, website, and promotional purposes.

If you do not consent, you must advise us in writing prior to the service.

11. Promotions & Offers

Promotions, discounts, vouchers, or free add-ons may have specific conditions, limits, or expiry dates.

Only one promotion may be used per booking, unless otherwise stated in writing.

12. Communication & Marketing

By submitting your details, you consent to being contacted via SMS, email, or phone regarding bookings, quotes, follow-ups, and promotional offers.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us directly.

13. Acceptance of Terms

Booking a service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, whether made online, via social media, over the phone, or in person.

14. Changes to Terms

Detailing By Marko reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

The most current version will always apply and be available upon request or on our website.
